How can the birds eggs fit inside the bird?

I mean, if there’s a little bird who’s pregnant, how is it possible that inside it there’s like 5 eggs?

    bird eggs are like any other eggs, they start out microscopic. then, when the bird lays the egg, the male bird fertelizes it. there can be up to hundreds om microscopic eggs inside a female bird, just look at a chicken!

    The size of the yolk in the egg relates to the stage of development the bird is in, the size of the egg itself is just as Nerdyboy describes. Kiwis are actually the most unusual egg layer, in that the size of their egg is gigantic. Check out this kiwi laying an egg at the following link.
