The species, only discovered a few years ago in Indonesia, is typically 3-4 feet long. Also known as the Epaulette Shark, the largest one found was recorded at 42 inches or 3.5 feet. But this doesnt mean there aren’t bigger out there since this species is a fairly new discovery.
