Depending on the species, some swans can reach lengths of 1.5 m (60 inches) and weigh over 15 kg (33 pounds). In these cases, their wingspans can reach almost 3 m (10 ft).

I can personally tell you from a true personal experience, Swans can get as large as a person.  i was chased by one last summer and the thing was a white-winged creature of terror.  It was mean and its wing span looked like it could have engulfed me.

If you are ever at the Toledo botanical garden, i would suggest not disturbing the swan….

The size of a swan largely depends on which species of swan it is. The mute swan for example is one of the largest species of swan and can reach lengths measuring 125 to 170 centimeters in length. They have a wingspan ranging from 200-240 centimeters and can stand over 47 inches tall. The Mute Swan are one of the heaviest flying birds with males weighing about 26 and females weighing around 90.

Another species, the Trumpeter swan, is even bigger than the Mute Swan. It is considered the largest native North American bird. Males typically measure from 145 to 163 centimeters and weight around 26 pounds while females range from 139-150 meters and weight around 22 pounds.
