How big can millipedes get?

    The largest millipede in the world can be found in Africa. It is a African Giant Black Millipede and can grow up to 15.2 inches. That is not a millipede I would want to find in my shower.

    Millipedes can range in length from 0.079 inches to 11 inches in length. They can have as few as eleven to over a hundred segments and they generally have between 3 to 400 legs. The largest species of millipedes like laram said is the African giant black millipede which can grow up to 38.6 centimeters.
