A jack fruit can weigh up to 80 pounds and can be up to 36 inches long, and 20 inches in diameter. With that being said, it is the largest tree-borne fruit in the world. The entire fruit is not eaten though. On the inside, there are 100-500 edible seeds that are 3/4-1-1/2 inches long, and 1/2-3/4 inches thick.
