Adult male American Alligators usually reach a length between 13ft and 14.7ft.  The largest American Alligator ever recorded was 19.8ft long.  This is much larger than the females who typically don’t grow larger than 10ft.  Regardless of their size, American Alligators develop between 74-80 teeth.
