Nepenthes attenboroughii, the plant that you’re asking about, can measure up to 30 centimeters in diameter.  They typically grow in areas with poor soil quality, or even gravel.  The plant was originally discovered in 1907, but was forgotten about until recently.  They are capable of eating rats as well as giant centipedes and spiders up to 10 centimeters long!
