How big are Great White Sharks?

A great white shark can grow up to 21 feet in length and weight more than 2 tons.  On average, they tend to range from 15-17 feet, and they are known for being able to kill with just a single bite.

If you’re interested in finding out more about great white sharks, there is a link to a book that takes information from a symposium on the topic as well as from well-known researchers of marine biology.  Also, there’s a link to the discovery channel so you can have shark week all the time 🙂
