I would say that one of the biggest changes in modern advertising in regards to “going green” would be the slowing dependence of paper marketing and advertising. Many companies are now relying on the growing social media scene to spread their message, product, and or service. Sites like facebook, twitter, you tube, etc make it easier then ever to reach the masses without abusing our declining tree resources. Blogging, online newsletters and newspapers also aid in the paperless mission.
