Have tornadoes been observed in every area of the country?

    According to the following website: http://www.nationalatlas.gov/articles/climate/a_tornadoes.html, tornadoes have happened in every state. They may not have happened in every city, but it is possible for them to happen anywhere in the United States. Most of the tornadoes that happen in the U.S. happen in a strip down the center of the country. However, according to the website above “While almost one-fourth of all significant tornadoes occur in Tornado Alley, only nine percent of the major killers have, Brooks said.” I have listed below another website that provides good information about tornadoes.
