Have tobacco companies ever gone to court over pollution?

Yes. I am sure there are several more examples, but one of the more costly was a $300 million suit in which flight attendants sued big tobacco for damages due to second hand smoke on airplanes. Clearly, this is an example of indoor air pollution, which is a very serious issue.
