Some scientists believe that the natural causes of global warming through history are caused by sun spots are exploding and raising the heat, large eruptions in the major volcanoes on the earth which increases gases and damages plants, the orbit of Earth changing (moving it to or from the sun, which changes its temperature), and/or meteors causing explosions as they make contact with the Earth.
Some do believe that the natural causes of global warming are a result of the changes in the Earth itself. It is constantly changing and in an evolutionary state, and the scientists claim that there is evidence to suggest that even without the intervention of human involvement, global warming would probably be occurring anyways.
