Have any islands disappeared recently because of rising ocean levels?

Doesn’t look like it, as the oceans are only rising a matter of a few centimeters a year at best. Based on most estimates, the ocean level will only increase by about half a meter (with a 2m maximum) in this century. This is not sufficient to cover most islands. There are probably some very small uninhabited islands that could be affected, but they won’t receive much attention in this matter compared to flooded coastal cities and the like.
