Have any fast food chains changed over the way they make food to create more green measures?

Most fast food chains have hopped onto the green bandwagon. As consumers are proving to be more attentive to environmental and health concerns, restraurants have changed with their customers. Case in point can be McDonalds, which now boasts more sustainable practices in food purchasing, restaurant operations and supply chain management. At the end of the day the bulk of changes intended for a more green future are only helping the bottom line.
