No. Typically the equipment that goes with solar is specifically made for solar energy and the same goes for wind energy they aren’t interchangeable.

Yes. There are many, commercially available, rechargable batteries that can be hooked up to receive charges from wind and solar energy sources. I have personally worked on a farm that used 12 golf cart batteries to harness the charge gained from wind turbines and photovoltaic panels.
