Is growing Olives or Grapes worse for the environment?

    Neither of these are necessarily better or worse for the environment. The way they are grown will have the greatest environmental impact. If one of these products were grown organically it would be the better option for the environment. Anything grown with the addition of chemicals will have a negative impact on water sources and air quality around the farm. If grown organically, neither of these are going to have a huge negative impact on the environment.
