The Organic Trade Association reports that “organic beer sales growing from $9 million in 2003 to $19 million in 2005, and to $25 million in 2006.” They can be found at locations as Whole Foods and Gelsons. Some great organic liquors include: Square One Organic Vodkas, Juniper Green Organic Gin, 4Copas Organic Tequila, and Papaguyo Organic Rum.
