There are several brands that brew organic beers including Peak Organic Beer, Samuel Smith, St. Peter and more.  The Organic Trade Association reports that “organic beer sales growing from $9 million in 2003 to $19 million in 2005, and to $25 million in 2006.”  They can be found at locations as Whole Foods and Gelsons.  Organic vodka and gin are also entering into the market but are harder to find.

They are becoming more popular but are still fairly hard to find at major stores. If you are lucky enough to live in a state that allows you to receive alcohol in the mail, you could purchase your organic beverages online. Some great organic liquors include: Square One Organic Vodkas, Juniper Green Organic Gin, 4Copas Organic Tequila, and Papaguyo Organic Rum

Absolutely.  Alcohol manufacturers are realizing the concern for eco-friendly practices and as a result have been taking action.  One of the ways this has manifested itself is the creation of organic alcohol.  Just as an example, below is a list of organic beers and wines.
