The biggest oceanic predator is actually the Sperm Whale.  They are the largest species of toothed whales and can grow up to 60 feet long and can weigh as much as 40 tons.  The fastest swimming predator is actually the Mako Shark.  Most scientists say they can swim over 30 miles per hour, while some estimate they can swim as fast as 60 mph for short bursts of time.
