Of course. Anything that is global has local ramifications.
You can fix it on a local level, but it’s still a global problem. Unless everybody works together to improve global warming, it’s going to be giving us problems for awhile.
Absolutely. In a society that is as interrelated and complex as ours, most global problems are local problems. And it doesn’t matter how remote or exclusive that locality is.
