Is global warming having any sort of effect outside of earth?

If you mean climate change (“global warming”) on earth, then no, it cannot have any effect beyond earth’s atmosphere. If you mean are any other planets experiencing climate change, then certainly, yes, somewhere there are probably tens of thousands of planets that are. If you mean in the Solar System, then possibly you might make the case for changes in climate on Venus and Mars. The other planets’ atmospheres and cimates are so unlike earth’s that it would be silly to make such comparisons.
