It would depend on where the fish or chicken came from. The chemical makeup of farmed salmon differs from wild salmon while a chicken that wandered fields eating will differ nutritionally from a chicken that was pumped up with hormones and never had space (or maybe physical ability) to walk around. Typically a wild caught fish will contain more protein and omega 3 fatty acids than a chicken that lived well. Also fish has been shown to leave people fuller longer than chicken. Furthermore you can look at the traditional diets of the Koreans and Japanese, which are full of seafood. Japan has a higher rate of centenarians than any other country and these life veterans claim traditional diet is responsible.
