Is everything we breathe out carbon dioxide or is there some oxygen mixed in as well?

Our exhaled breath contains about 4-5% carbon dioxide.  We do exhale some oxygen as well: about 4-5% LESS than the amount we inhaled.  Normally, the air we inhale contains about 21% oxygen.  These levels also vary according to the fitness levels and diets of individual persons.
