Is everyone on earth affected by global warming?

Technically yes. Global warming is affecting everyone worldwide. The atmospheric concentration of carbon dioxide in 2005 exceeds by far the natural range over the last 650,000 years (180 to 300 ppm). It is people that are the dead-sure suspects in causing it, and the effects of global warming will be with us for long, long time, even if we took all the necessary steps now.
