The United States Environmental Protection Agency is actually a domestic agency rather than an international one. However, many of their efforts to improve the environment benefit citizens of the world in addition to just American citizens. Other countries also have similar agencies, though they are separate entities and may have different titles.
The EPA is not an international agency. Many countries may have EPAs, but each is regulates on a federal or state level. There is no international EPAs.
