Yes. Of course, the depths of energy effienceny are larger than most people think. Telecommuting, mass transit or carpooling, turning off your lights, and other techniqueare all advises on your path towards carbon neutrailty.

Well, we can’t ever really be carbon neutral, I think, but it would certainly help. If we were more energy efficient, we would cut down on pollution, which would help not only with air, but with water and foods, which would improve quality of life. And when the quality of life is improved, we as people are more likely to help others, like the environment, or other people, according to Maslow, and his hierarchy of needs, anyway.
