Which one is more important is likely a matter of opinion, but it definitely is important. On one hand, electric cars already have an infrastructure, in the power grid that everybody gets electricity for their homes from. But on the other hand, the main argument most people cite against electric cars is their range. Well, technically gasoline-powered cars have a range as well– the distance they can go on one tank of gas. But gas stations are so common that gas-powered cars never have to worry about their range. If EV recharging stations became more common, then EVs would gain more support.
