Of Course. One of the biggest points of green living is to waste as little as possible. Wasting food is just as bad as wasting other things.
That being said, make sure to properly store your leftovers and don’t eat iffy food just to live green (otherwise you might turn a little green from a sour stomach). The best option is to make sure to only prepare an amount of food that you can eat before it goes bad.
Sure! The basis of being green is reusing. Leftovers are exactly that; reusing food. So, naturally, you are being green by reusing food.
