Recycling e-waste is currently not advanced or effective enough to eliminate or even neutralize all harmful substances and chemicals such as lead, arsenic, mercury, and cadmium completely from their sources. However, proper disposal of e-waste is the law in many places, and for good reason. Improper disposal of e-waste, such as incineration, can cause far greater damage to the air and our surroundings.
