Does the temperature of the water make more bubbles when washing dishes?

Probably to a very small extent – assuming your using some variety of soap – soap films absorb heat energy as they expand, I would imagine that warmer water would increase the availability of this heat energy allowing for bubbles to become larger while remaining stable (stability = not popping)
This would result in larger bubbles, as well as more bubbles as there would be a higher maximum to the size the bubbles could reach.
