There are studies out there suggesting a link between Alzheimer’s and vitamin D deficiency. If the disease is a result of vitamin D deficiency, then sunlight might help prevent the disease because our bodies produce the vitamin when we are exposed to sunlight. However, there is still much more research to be done to identify the cause of Alzheimers.
When combined with Curcumin, vitamin D3 has been shown to reduce the effects of Alzheimers. Which is nice, since both Curcumin and vitamin D3 are naturally occurring elements, one as Turmeric, and th eother in, yep, sunlight.
I hope this helped!
