Does Stonehenge have any apparent connection to climate change?

If you mean, did the building of stonehenge contribute to climate change, certainly not.

If you mean did the builders know about climate change and build it to study climate change, almost certainly not, except to the extent that such people obviously knew of and observed seasonal weather changes as well as decade-scale climate changes, and were interested in them.
