Well, that’s an interesting question. While I can find no direct link to a cause and effect relationship between the two, it is possible that staying awake longer (and sleeping less) may impact your immune system, which may result in your body having a tougher time fighting infections. That could result in worse breakouts. However, the impact this would cause is not scientifically proven, and may be slight at best.
As for facial cleansers, there are many. The main thing is to exfoliate your skin twice a day with a shower puff or some other exfoliating scrubber. You might also want to use an astringent like witch hazel on your face.
The only reason I could imagine this would happen is stress. Stress will cause your skin to breakout, and staying up all day and night could deprive your body of adequate rest! However, if stress is not a factor, and you wash your face twice a day it shouldn’t affect your breakouts. Sleeping with your face on a pillow where your hair has been can actually increase breakouts because grease from your hair stays in the pillow. Then, it can transfer to your face causing breakouts.
I Have alot of pimples and an oily face. and The best product i have used EVER!! is CLINIQUE . It doesnt cost alot of money but the best one that does the most work. instead of buying the whole package for like $120 .INSTEAD of buying the whole thing buy the most effective to oily and very pimply skin . Which is THE CLARIFYING LOTION it comes in a blue container. JUST GET TWO COTTON BALLS IN THE MORNING AND RUB ON YOUR FACE THEN AT NIGHT DO THE SAME THING APPLY THE CLINIQUE CLARIFYING LOTION AND PUT IT ON 2 COTTON BALLS AND THEN YOU REPEAT EVERY DAY!
BTW!!! YES IF YOU DONT SLEEP IT WILL GIVE YOU LATER ON IN THE DAY TIREDNESS AND STRESS AND STRESS CAN LEAD TO PIMPLES!1!!! sO WATCH OUT!!!
