Does Spain import any fuels from other countries?

Yes, Spain does import fuel, and is actually dependent on fuel imports.  Most of the energy Spain produces domestically is nuclear.  In 2004, about half of Spanish energy import was oil.  Algeria supplies most of Spain’s imported gas and crude oil.
