No. Soy milk has less calcium, vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin D than regular milk, and more thiamin, niacin, vitamin B6 and iron.
It’s comparable. Some may not have quite so many vitamins. However, there are vitamin enriched varieties that can be just as good as a glass of milk. It’s also lower in fat.
