Does the senate and the house differ on how much green energy we should use if the climate bill is passed?

You could say that. But really, it focuses on cutting carbon emissions in a variety of ways, including limiting the amount of Carbon offset permits a company can buy , encouraging more natural gas use, and giving the EPA more power than the health bill. It doesn’t, however, regulate methane as closely, which is a problem due to the harm methane can cause to the atmosphere. For a full list of changes, please follow the enclosed link.

    I hope this helped!
