Does the salinity change from ocean to ocean?

Even though the water in the world’s oceans are constantly rotating, certain oceans and seas have different salinity levels because they have different amounts of salt input. The Red Sea is the saltiest, the North Atlantic ocean is the saltiest ocean and certain parts of it are saltier than others. The oceans with the lowest salinity are the polar oceans, because they have a lot of fresh water mixing in with them from melting ice caps.
