Only prolonged exposure to cell phone radiation at close range can cause health problems. This is only after decades of talking on your cell phone pressed against your ear for long periods of time, and evidence for health problems caused by this behavior isn’t well documented. If you are still worried about it affecting your health, try talking on speaker phone more often our using headphones.
According to the World Health Organization current scientific evidence indicate that exposure to radio frequency fields, such as those emitted by cell phones and their base stations, is unlikely to induce or promote cancer. They might interfere with other electromagnetic devices such as pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and certain hearing aids. Other health related effects are investigated such as changes in brain activity, reaction times, and sleep patterns. These effects are minor and have no apparent health significance.
