Do you mean Pi, the math constant, usually abbreviated to 3.14? If so, then yes, pi goes on forever. It is an irrational number, and cannot be expressed as a fraction, which is why we use a symbol, π, to represent it.
Yes. Pi is the ratio of a circles’ circumference to its diameter, and is a string of digits that is believed to never repeat or end. The most decimal places someone (with their computer) has calculated pi to is 5 trillion (2010).
When doing math, you can generally round pi to 3.14 though. It will put your answer off by an error of approximately .05% which is not that significant for most purposes.
