No. Although PG&E has about 101,400 miles of distribution system, Entergy, a power company based out of New Orleans, covers an 112,000 mile area. Entergy covers no less than five states, and operates more than 40 generating plants. It certainly doesn’t help that PG&E was forced to sell off some of their power plants in the late nineties, but they were still smaller. However, PG&E does have the largest water generation portfolio under private ownership (apologies for wiki linking, but the PG&Website is unhelpful and difficult to navigate)
I hope this helped!
