Does PETA have a problem with hunting even though they give so much to conservation?

People definitely has a problem with hunting. “Although it was a crucial part of humans’ survival 100,000 years ago, hunting is now nothing more than a violent form of recreation that the vast majority of hunters do not need for subsistence.” This comes directly from an essay that they wrote titled, “Why sport hunting is cruel and unnecessary.” They basically are against anything that is cruel to animals.

Of course. PETA disapproves of anything they feel is mistreatment of animals. Whether this is using cow hide to make a nice jacket or eating bacon with your eggs or going hunting, unless you’re letting an animal do whatever comes naturally and not interfering, PETA does not approve. Them giving to conservation would support this, as conservation has to do with the halting of hunting and such.
