I wouldn’t believe so as they are contained within our atmosphere. And if they were to be exhausted into space, the effect would be completely negligible – one possible effect would be to increase the black body radiation of the planet Earth into space as the temperature rises.
The green house gases that escape into the space have no effect on the space since they continue their journey into the ‘oblivion’.
