I am pretty sure NASA owns the lunar modules (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_module) and lunar rovers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunar_rover) left on the Moon. These were developed by them without foreign help. Other spacecrafts are probably joint owned, such as the International Space Station (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iss), among other satellites. The Hubble Space telescope (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hubble_Space_Telescope) is also joint owned by NASA, ESA and STScl.
