Does Los Angeles have a solar feed in tariff yet?

it does not have one yet, although plans are underway to establish the largest one in the US soon. This would provide about 600 megawatts of guaranteed above-market electricity rates for certain kinds of renewable energy put on  the grid. This would move beyond “zeroing out” the electricity to actually allow people and businesses to make money from having solar power cells on their roofs.
