No. In fact, it may not be helpful to have a humid temperature to grow mushrooms. Generally they grow at room temperature. It does depend on the species, though. See below for some references.
While it does depend on the species, generally mushrooms need fairly high soil or substrate moisture content. Humidity usually refers to the moisture content of the air. Mushrooms are less senstive to air moisture as they are to the moisture content of whatever they are growing in.
