The sting of an emperor scorpion has been compared to a bee-sting, and their venom is generally not harmful to humans – barring an allergy. The scorpion’s claws, however, can pinch hard enough to draw blood.
Emperor scorpions are one of the least aggressive scorpions and rarely use their stingers.
