Certainly. The Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh, has gone on record to say that he believes that climate change must be dealt with, especially by industrialized countries. He also believes that it is developing countries, such as India itself, that are the worst affected by climate change. The UN climate chief has agreed with and supported the Prime Minister’s views on the matter.
