Yes, India does have a good stamps program, but there is much debate over how effective it is in that country. There are many factors unique to India that cause problems for the food stamp programs run there, so there is an underlying question of whether or not the money the government spends for the poor actually reaches them. The government in India spends about 163 billion rupees on fertilizer subsidies and 266 billion rupees on food subsidies for the benefit of the poor.
yes , they always help one another . But only that most poor get donations and support like clothing and articles for essensial living products.
