Does having more muscle mean you need to eat more?

Technically yes, in that muscle uses more calories than fat. As a result, you will have to increase your caloric intake in order to keep your weight the same. However, it is also important to note that muscle becomes fat if you do not maintain it with exercise, and exercise itself burns calories, so the combination of added muscle mass and increased exercise to maintain the added muscle mass means that anyone trying to “make weight” will have to adjus their calorie count accordingly.

    I hope this helped!
