Does the government subsidize fuel or agriculture more?

The US government spends quite a bit of money on both, but fuel subsidies seem to edge out agricultural subsidies by around 5 billion dollars.  Greenpeace estimates that the oil industry received between 20 and 30 billion dollars in multiple subsidy packages from the US government in 2009.  This same year, the USDA puts direct agricultural subsidies in the form of US farm bills at 20 billion dollars.
