Did you know that you can conduct your own energy audit?? Check this out:

In terms of the cost of an energy audit, you are looking at about “$350 for homes up to 1,200 square feet to $575 for those between 5,400 and 6,000 square feet.”

At this time, the funding to aid in your energy audit would come from a local source, so be sure to check with your local government.
